Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1959) is a famous American author, and former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is currently an adjunct professor of law in New York Law School. In the past she served as an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has provided legal commentary for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She has a weekly appearance regularly on The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File featuring Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs this evening. The Imus morning show. It's the Legal Lis Radio Show and Wiehl of Justice Podcast.
Wiehl was born and raised in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She holds an undergraduate degree in Arts in English from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) in addition to a JD at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl is a former prosecutor of the US Attorney. She was a legal correspondent on the NPR program All Things Considered. She was the Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. Her time at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 through 2001. She managed the school's Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 until the year 2017 Wiehl worked as a legal analyst for Fox News.
