Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing the entire aspect of our People, Talent and Culture processes. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with groups of managers to reach business goals, especially in the midst of dramatic changes and expansion. She has served as a consultant to implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management as well as employee engagement and managing change. She is a lover of learning, and believes that leadership and team building as the most valuable asset. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her to create cultures which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to devote her talents and time to this causes. Additionally, she supports a variety of nonprofit organizations in her spare time. These include being an member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders, and providing leadership training to The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to support those who are impacted by the disease of addiction.
