Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit the sport of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her university education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the contest. The summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
